Thunder Buddy Games Support

Purchases and Remove Ads
The games are free to play and show ads. Each app offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase for that app, and the Thunder Buddy Pass is a single one-time purchase that removes ads in every Thunder Buddy puzzle game, now and in the future.
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. To bring a purchase back after reinstalling or switching devices, open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If you bought the Thunder Buddy Pass, restoring in any one game unlocks it there; repeat in each game you use.
We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Game Center
Leaderboards, achievements, and live duels use Apple's Game Center. If you don't see them, check that you're signed in to Game Center under iOS Settings → Game Center. Game Center is run by Apple and works under Apple's terms.
Daily puzzles and challenge links
Each game's daily puzzle changes at midnight in your local time zone.
To open a challenge link a friend sent, tap it and the game opens straight to that puzzle. If Messages doesn't make the link tappable, press and hold it, choose Copy, then open the game's Buddies tab and paste it there. The link carries only a puzzle code — nothing about either of you.
Delete my data
Your progress, statistics, and settings are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud storage — we keep no game data on any server. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. To remove synced data from your iCloud account too, open iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage, choose the game, and delete its data. Purchases can always be restored afterwards through the App Store. If you sent feedback from a game's Send Feedback form and want it deleted, email us with roughly when you sent it and what it said.
