Common questions

I bought coins but they haven't appeared.

Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the game. Purchases can also take a moment if your connection dropped mid-payment; reopening the app usually finishes the delivery. If coins are still missing, email us with the date and amount and we will sort it out.

I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone.

Progress is stored on your device only, so deleting the app removes it. Purchases of the Starter Pack can always be restored with Settings → Restore Purchases. Coin packs are consumable and are spent once used, so they cannot be restored — that is standard for App Store consumables.

How do lives work?

You have five. Losing a level costs one, and one comes back every 30 minutes. You can also refill them with coins, and finishing a zone grants a stretch of unlimited lives.

What are Stars for?

Stars rebuild the carnival. You earn one the first time you beat each level, and spend them on the build tasks along the promenade. Stars cannot be bought — only earned.

A level seems impossible.

Every level is verified as winnable before it ships, but some are genuinely hard. Try a booster from the level intro screen, or the +5 moves offer when you run out. If you think a level is actually broken, email us the level number.

I'm colour blind. Can I tell the pieces apart?

Yes — every food tile is designed to be distinguishable by shape alone, not just colour. If a particular set is hard for you to read, please tell us which one; we take that seriously.

The animations are too much.

Turn on Reduce Motion in the game's Settings, or in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Motion. The game honours both. Sound, music, and haptics each have their own switch too.

Does the game work offline?

Completely. The only thing that needs a connection is the store.

Report a bug

Email [email protected] with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and the level number help enormously.
