Common questions
I bought Remove Ads but ads are back.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases inside the game. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it can always be restored on any device signed in with that account.
Leaderboards or duels aren't showing up.
Those run through Apple's Game Center. Check that you're signed in under iOS Settings → Game Center. The game is fully playable without it.
When does the daily puzzle change?
At midnight in your local time zone.
A friend sent me a challenge link. How do I open it?
Tap the link and Thunder Buddy Sudoku opens straight to that puzzle. If Messages doesn't make the link tappable, press and hold it, choose Copy, then open the game's Buddies tab and paste it there.
Does my progress sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Yes, when iCloud is on for the game. Your game history, statistics, streaks, and games in progress sync through your own private iCloud storage — only you can access it, and it never passes through us. Turn it on or off in iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
How do I delete my data?
The game keeps your data on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud storage — we keep no game data on any server. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. To remove synced data from your iCloud account too, open iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage, choose the game, and delete its data. Purchases can still be restored afterwards through the App Store. If you sent feedback from the app and want it deleted, email us with roughly when you sent it and what it said.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
