Please include:

The Calendar Buddy application version.
Your Echo Show model.
A description of what happened.
Any error message displayed by the application.
A screenshot, if it does not contain private household information.

Do not send passwords, Apple app-specific passwords, access tokens, pairing credentials, or private calendar details.

Owner-Connected Preview

The current owner-connected preview requires access to the Calendar Buddy server configured by the household owner. If the Echo cannot reach that server, verify that:

The server is running.
The Echo and server can reach each other over the configured network.
The configured HTTPS address has not changed.
The server certificate remains valid.
Windows Firewall permits the configured Calendar Buddy HTTPS port.
